Sample file on criminal proceedings and enforcement of sentences

The 2017 Criminal Procedure Act introduced several new legal institutions that posed challenges to law enforcement. The new legal institutions - such as the plea agreement - also generated the emergence of new types of submissions. We can hold in our hands the first sample document library that almost completely contains the sample documents to be submitted to the authorities during criminal proceedings and the execution of sentences. In addition to the classic sample documents, there are also samples for special areas such as military criminal law, private prosecution or proceedings before the Strasbourg court. The sample documents in the volume also comply with the provisions of the Be. novella, which entered into force on 1 January 2021. The sample document library was compiled by authors with decades of practical experience and theoretical background, who also represent the professional orders involved in criminal proceedings. Thus, the authors include a court judge, a prosecutor from the Supreme Prosecutor's Office, a penitentiary judge, lawyers, and a lieutenant colonel from the National Police Headquarters as a professional reviewer, as well as a former military prosecutor brigadier general. Therefore, based on the sample documents included in the volume, submissions can be prepared that are not only appropriate from a professional point of view and accurate in terms of their rhetoric and terminology, but also meet the expectations of the addressed authorities. The aim of the publication is to provide assistance both to members of the legal profession who are well-versed in the profession, and to citizens who are less knowledgeable in law and who are seeking justice in criminal proceedings or during the penitentiary process without the assistance of a lawyer.
